According to this article, #SouthwestAirlines' system of boarding cattl-- "passengers" is actually more efficient than others but leads to less customer satisfaction. ( Aside : That used to be Southwest's deal, Customer Satisfaction.) Of course it leads to less customer satisfaction. It's stressful having to remember to snipe all the other passengers 24 hours before your flight to be able to board and stand a chance of sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with your significant other instead of, say, Alec Baldwin. It's stressful facing the rows of glares from people who, even though they know the plane is full , somehow think they can menace their way out of having to sit next to someone else.
