#austinthebeagle  meets a lot of other dogs on his downtown Portland walks. Some dogs, he totally ignores. Some, he sniffs and then ignores. Some, he develops an insta-crush and starts pulling at his leash to get to them.  And then there are the times that he is so in love with the other dog that he starts howling and leash-pulling. Those are Austin's John Cusack/Boombox/Say Anything moments.
