I just have concerns about flooding issues in S Waterfront. I have lived through several 'floods' in Portland & that area seems very vulnerable. Anyone else ever wondered about this when they kicked up the development in that area?
ReplyDeleteGood to know-I just remember in the past the area has been subject to flooding (post Fwy construction) and sandbagged to help control the problem as the Willamette rose above the flood wall.
