Guy at the bar was just explaining the "5 Star Rating System" he'd devised all by himself: "Five stars means I really, really like it; four means it's solidly good; three is just average...", etc. This could be revolutionary!
You should've suggested that he seek a project incubator for funding of this revolutionary idea. At least you could chuckle at the idea of him pitching this to a money man.
