Car2go e-mailed me requesting my "story" about my most recent car2go experience. I'm not sure they wanted the truth, but that's what I sent them:

So, I was trying to get back to our building before the office closed, because Amazon failed to deliver a package on Saturday like I paid them to do and finally got it to me today. We had a late meeting after work, so I grabbed a car2go instead of taking the train. All went well...until I locked my wallet/phone in the car2go. The two ways of getting into a car2go: my card (which was in my wallet), and the smartphone app were both sitting in the passenger seat of the car2go, locked inside. So I had to stand on the street outside the car2go for about thirty minutes until someone else came along to rent the car, and then convince that guy I wasn't a crazy person, just some guy who locked his phone and wallet in the car. Needless to say, I didn't get home in time to pick up my package. #MultimodalWoes

I did give car2go five stars. It wasn't their fault that I was an idiot and locked my phone and wallet in the car. (I will allow for the possibility that it might have been Amazon's fault, however.)
