The veterinarian's a block away from us, and we regularly walk past him on #AustintheBeagle's walks. I took Austin for a walk today. He sniffed in the direction of the pet clinic and then extricated himself from his harness like Houdini, and started running toward the building. I'm not sure he understands that that's the vet. He seems to think it's just a building with a lot of other animals who probably want to play with him. I wish I had a quarter of his optimism.
How do Beagles do their Houdini act? They're amazing.
ReplyDeleteI don't know, su ann lim. Their paws just flip over and they are out. Beagles are not stupid.
ReplyDeleteBarry Cochran they are far from stupid.I'm sure they can figure out how to escape many situations that humans can't.
